HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTELS- HAMPTON BY IHG, Hampton – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were initially problematic with a plugged-up cold fridge that had to be replaced, causing high humidity issues making the floors wet. However, once this was resolved, the room was very clean, comfortable, and the housekeeping service was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the excellent customer service. On the downside, there was a serious service issue involving a guest and management's handling of the situation was highly disappointing. Despite this, other staff members were wonderfully helpful and cheerful whenever needed.

The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious, with handy amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. Despite a slight stench from the air conditioning, we had a wonderful time overall. The service was excellent, although booking directly through the hotel was not ideal. The location was perfect, close to various dining options and shopping centers. The dining experience offered a nice selection of hot food, and the facilities were well-maintained.
